Hours of Operation

2 Days - Mondays & Tuesdays 8.15am - 3.45pm

3 Days - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am to 3pm

Attendance

Berala Jack & Jill Pre-school is licenced for 40 children per day.

To attend our Centre a child must turn 4 years old before 31st July in that year.

We operate 2 sessions:- Our 2 day children attend Monday & Tuesday and our 3 day children attend Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

 

Waiting List

There is a $20 non-refundable fee to place a child's name on our waiting list. This does not guarantee a place at our Service.

 

Fees

Our Full Fee rate is $32.00 per day.
We offer a subsidy for those with a Low Income Health Care Card of $22 per day.

 

Staff

We have qualified and experienced staff that has provided great continuity and stability for our children and their families over many years.

We believe that our staff is our most valuable asset in delivering a high quality Pre-school Program.

Family & Community

Our Centre provides ongoing information and assistance to develop families' knowledge and skills through parent education and parents are encouraged to take an active role in their child's learning.

The highly successful and well researched Triple P Positive Parenting Program is available to parents in the form of an eight week parent workshop.

EYLF

Our Service follows the Early Years Learning Framework. The EYLF has key principles, practices and learning outcomes which aims to promote high standards of early education and care for all children.  The EYLF contains 7 quality areas.  Services are rated and assessed and are overseen by a national body.  Our overall rating is Meeting National Quality Standard.
